AAP Eight-Factor Analysis - Data Form

Instructions:
Enter data in the boxes. For each factor entered, please enter the weight and percentage or portion of employees in that factor. When entering the percentages do not type commas or other special characters. Enter the percentages as a number between 0 and 100. After you have entered the data, press the (COMPUTE) button. A report will then be generated and displayed on your computer. The data that you enter will be saved automatically so that you will not have to enter the data more than once.

The female/minority/disabled population of the labor area surrounding the facility
The size of the female/minority/disabled unemployment force in the labor area surrounding the facility
The percentage of the female/minority/disabled work force as compared with the total work force in the immediate labor area
The general availability of females/minorities/disabled having requisite skills in the immediate labor area
The availability of females/minorities/disabled having requisite skills in an area in which the contractor can reasonably recruit
The availability of promotable and transferable females/minorities/disabled within the contractor's organization
The existence of training institutions capable of training persons in the requisite skills
The degree of training which the contractor is reasonably able to undertake as a means of making all job classes available to females/minorities/disabled
